The Rountons Festival of history and flowers was held on heratige weekend 9-11th September 2005. Events included evening lectures on the life of Gertrude Bell, an exhibition of old and new photographs of the Rounton villages, cream teas and a William Morris themed craft workshop for the children. Books and souvenirs related to Rounton and the Bell estate were on sale and the postcards continue to be available from the Rountons churches.
